Not quite like that. Bit Torrent is still the daddy for TV, but if you like the quick fix you can keep an eye on http://www.videosift.com/
They chart the most popular youtube and google vids so anything like that should eventually pop up there.

I'm up to Series 4 of that now and it's not as funny, is it! Such a shame. I enjoyed seeing Ben Stiller and David Schwimmer in it though.

I think Season five pulls things together a lot better, but I know what you mean. Still the funniest show on TV though.
