The rules (if they exist) are very loose. Doesn't even have to be filmed in November as some people are pulling stuff older stuff from their drives. Just post when you can. It's mostly about watching interesting videos and commenting - creating a sense of community and all that :) Which you're already doing plus you're already using Vimeo so join the VloMo group there and then point your feed at the mefeedia group.
